3. PROCEDURE DE CONTROLE AVANT TOUT REMPLACEMENT

Avant tout remplacement de fichier actif, recalculer les hashes des 7 fichiers
de la section 1 et les comparer a cette baseline.

4. RESERVE

Cette baseline est un point de reference etabli le 2026-08-05. Elle atteste que
les fichiers actifs n ont pas varie entre deux releves espaces de 35 minutes.

Elle n atteste PAS que ces fichiers sont conformes a une livraison anterieure :
le fichier HASHES_STATUTS.txt d origine du pack Lot 4 est ABSENT du serveur, et
aucun hash "attendu" n existe pour comparaison.

Consequence : P2 est partiellement satisfait (stabilite demontree), non
integralement (conformite a la livraison non demontrable).

Point d attention : le MTIME de FacturationCollecteWriter.php est
2026-08-04 22:26:50, soit posterieur a la collecte de 20:53:44 et anterieur a
la reversion de 22:38:19. Le code actif n est donc pas necessairement celui qui
a produit la periode #3.
